Banneker City parents came together today to give Banneker Park some much-needed care and attention! Their selfless efforts make a huge difference in keeping our community spaces clean and beautiful.

Here are some of the key accomplishments:

• Installed a batter’s eye in center field.
• Secured the Maury Wills windscreen with additional zip ties.
• Organized the Banneker Lower Field container.
• Conducted a thorough trash cleanup around the park.

A huge THANK YOU to the Boese, McKay, Aquil, Gorod-Hauser, and Hsu families for volunteering their time and resources today to help make Banneker Park shine. Amazing teamwork and dedication—great job!
